Welcome to an unofficial website dedicated to promoting the considerable talents of film and television actor, JJ Feild.
Born in Colorado, USA, JJ moved to the UK as a baby and was brought up around the London area. He attended the Webber Douglas Academy Of Dramatic Art, and since graduating, has worked alongside the cream of British film-makers.
JJ is now perhaps best known for notable performances in a number of recent British television dramas including; The Secret Life Of Mrs Beeton, The Ruby In The Smoke, Shadow In The North and Jane Austen's Northanger Abbey.
Three film productions were released in June 2009 in the UK; a live action manga film, Blood: The Last Vampire, Telstar, a biopic of 60's record producer Joe Meek, and Goal! 3 which is the final part of a football trilogy.
February 2008 saw JJ make his west end debut in Ring Round The Moon at the Playhouse Theatre, London; and he returned to the stage in November 2008 at the Royal Court Theatre, in the award winning The Pride.
Completed feature films Centurion and Barafundle Bay are now in post production, due for release in 2010, while Irish television drama Pure Mule aired recently on RTE. According to IMDb and the New York Times, JJ is attached to Owl Song, a film currently in pre-production.
