Thanks to Imajrim who noticed that the Last Orders DVD is being re-released on September 24th. 

It is available for pre-order on Amazon UK and currently costs £5.99. 

I am not enrtirely sure what differences there are between the existing DVD and the new one, looks like I will have to get it to find out.
